Definition
The object of this service is to ensure during loading or discharging operations that the quality/weight of rice shipment being loaded/discharged is in conformity with the contractual specifications/client’s requirements.

- All kinds of white rice, milled rice
- Husked rice (Brown rice)
- Glutinous rice
- Aromatic rice
- Parboiled rice
Reporting
- Each intervention will be summarized in written report
- Updated reports will be supplied to client on a daily basis
Typical operations performed
- 1. Identify the general appearance of the material stored at port/warehouse or supplier’s premises.
- 2. Verify the marking/packing against the contractual specifications
- 3. Sample and assess the quality of cargo by chemical, physical analysis according to contract/client’s requirements
- 4. Check general cleanliness of the means of transport such as the hold, the container, the truck or the railway wagon
- 5. Verify the working time in order to estimate the rate of loading/unloading
- 6. Supervise the loading/discharging operations, report update of damage being occurred during loading/unloading
- 7. Supervise weight of cargo being packed against the contract/client’s requirements
